The **Healthcare Appointment Booking System** is a comprehensive patient management solution for a network of private clinics. It facilitates appointment scheduling, digital health records (EHR) access, and secure video teleconsultations.
### Problem Statement
The clinic network was facing high no-show rates and administrative bottlenecks. Patients struggled to book appointments over the phone, and doctors had limited access to patient history during consultations.
### Solution Provided
We built a mobile and web application that allows patients to book slots in real-time. The system sends automated reminders via SMS and Email. It includes a secure video conferencing feature for remote check-ups and a doctor's portal to view and update patient records securely.
